Designed to help you identify your health blind spots and address your specific movement dysfunctions and create an exercise prescription that’s customized to you!

The FFA is a two-part appointment, the assessment, and the exercise program walk through. The 1.5-hour assessment includes a medical history review and a comprehensive movement screen that reviews upper and lower body skeletomuscular efficiencies. A series of appropriate fitness tests are then performed based on the needs of the participant to collect baseline data, make recommendations, and set realistic objectives.
